Daytona Bike Week 08 full throttle

First weekend of Bike Week 2008 brings in the crowds.
I got off to a slow start doing updates finding it hard to get a decent WIFI connection in the Daytona Beach area. Of course me and the wife are camping at the cabbage Patch Bar and I am told that the area is just getting high speed set up in Samsula.
After searching for a close place to my camp site for a couple of times, I finally found a Denny's restaurant within a few miles. Updates with pictures and videos from bike week will come out on a regular basis now. Sadly it is now going on 3 am and my day started early, so this first post will be short.
There are some great concerts and bike shows in the days ahead, so look for updates with plenty of custom motorcycles and bike week action. I have to get back to the tent and get some rest for now. Remember that you too can contribute to this blog with pictures and reports. Just send me an email to bikermobile@gmail.com for more information or questions.

Keys Found

Wow, it is tough finding a WIFI hotspot in the Daytona area during Bike Week. I had planned on doing daily posts with pictures and video, but I will have to get them up as I can.

Any way, we found a set of keys that someone dropped on the ground at the Hess station on US 1 in North Daytona Beach today. They appear to belong to someone from West Virginia and have two Harley keys on them. Call me at 321-652-5630 to describe the keys and claim them. If no one calls before next Friday 3/7 I will turn them over to the Daytona police.
